GRC Specialist

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the organization’s governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices, ensuring organizational adherence.

Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, providing reports and recommendations for improvements when necessary.

Facilitate training and awareness programs to inform employees about compliance obligations and promote a culture of accountability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of GRC initiatives across the organization’s operations.

Utilize GRC software tools to streamline processes, manage risks, and automate compliance reporting for enhanced efficiency. Education: Bachelor s degree in IT, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Law, or a related field.

Experience:3-5 years of experience in DIGITAL governance, risk management, or compliance.

Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and SOX.
