We are looking for an experienced Senior Copilot Studio Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Conversational AI, and the Microsoft Power Platform, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy intelligent business solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
This role requires a consultant who can collaborate with business stakeholders, understand complex requirements, and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions integrated within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build and optimize chatbots, AI agents, conversational flows, topics, prompts, and automated interactions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Generative AI and automation solutions.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain knowledge sources to enhance AI response accuracy and user engagement.
- Utilize APIs, connectors, and automation tools to extend Copilot capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve deployed solutions.
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Virtual Agents.
- Strong expertise in Power Platform, including:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Dataverse
- Experience delivering Conversational AI, Chatbot, or AI Agent solutions.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs, connectors, or Microsoft services.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, intelligent automation, and modern AI technologies.
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Services and Azure AI Services.
- Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Graph API.Knowledge of Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, AI, or Azure.
- Previous consulting experience delivering enterprise automation or AI transformation projects.
- Candidates available immediately or with a notice period of 30 days or less are highly preferred.
