Sales Associate / Client Advisor (2year~) / MBS / Luxury Boutique

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Luxury boutique Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at CH Carolina Herrera (owned by SOCIEDAD TEXTIL LONIA SINGAPORE). In this exciting full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our luxury retail environment based in the Marina Bay Sands Shoppe, Bayfront Subzone of the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service following the company customer experience protocol- Maintaining and developing the store Client book (sales after care)
• Replenishing the products on the sales floor as outlined in the company procedures whilst respecting the visual merchandising standards
• Achieving daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPI's as defined by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in order to achieve the store objectives
• Assisting with merchandising and inventory activities.
• Keeping the sales floor and store image neat, organized, clean and stocked
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Complying with all sales related policies and procedures

Who we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing luxury retail sales role on the floor, mandatory within the luxury goods industry
• A natural flair for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and personable manner
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and style
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
