Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations to achieve sales targets and service excellence
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to maximize performance
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure high service standards are maintained
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are consistently upheld
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory organization, and merchandise deliveries
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and sales
• Execute operational procedures, including loss prevention and workplace safety practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in customer-facing retail environments is required
• Candidates from fashion, sports, electronics, luxury, lifestyle, telecommunications, or other retail sectors are welcome to apply
