Manage the day-to-day business operations of the retail store;Perform roster planning and other administrative duties;Perform daily line-check to ensure consistency of our corporate branding and store image;Supervise and conduct On-The-Job Training for new staff;Performance Management;Handle and resolve staff issues / grievances;Perform cashiering function / Counter closing / Banking in of sales proceeds;Cultivate good service mindset;Responsible for visual merchandising and inventory management;Manage customers’ expectation to ensure customers’ satisfaction;Customer relations and service recovery;Monthly / Weekly sales reporting;Promote and market the company’s membership sign-ups & renewals;Ensure all small animals in the store are well taken care of;Manages ad-hoc / periodic stock-take and/or stock-count exercise when required;Accountable for cash shortage, stock losses and stock variances;Ensure that stocks are replenished leaving no shelves empty;Ensure proper housekeeping is done to create a pleasant shopping experience / store ambience;Achieve sales target / KPIs in line with business objectives;Ensure store readiness in preparation for store audit and mystery shopper audit.
