About the Role
As the Store Manager of Longbridge Cafe, you will spearhead a pioneering flagship space that seamlessly blends high-end coffee culture, fintech innovation, and community engagement. You are not just managing a cafe; you are leading a dynamic lifestyle and financial hub.

Key Responsibilities

- Ecosystem & Space Operations
- Multi-Floor Management: Oversee the daily operations of a multi-floor, multi-functional space, ensuring flawless execution of visual merchandising, crowd flow, and premium cleanliness
- Vendor & Cafe Supervision: Manage third-party specialty coffee vendors, streamline supply chain and inventory coordination, and enforce strict quality and safety standards
- Compliance & Property Relations: Ensure 100% compliance with Singapore statutory regulations and safety policies; act as the primary liaison for property management and building facilities
- Financial Oversight: Own the store budget and monitor P&L metrics to drive cost efficiency and long-term financial sustainability

- Client Experience & Community Programming
- Premium Client Relations: Cultivate deep relationships with visitors, bridging hospitality with the brand's financial ecosystem by facilitating a welcoming environment for financial consultations
- Bespoke Event Execution: Lead the planning and flawless execution of community activations, cross-industry collaborations, VIP financial seminars, and private corporate events
- Service Excellence: Set the benchmark for customer service, swiftly resolving high-stakes operational hurdles or client complaints with diplomacy and speed

- User Growth & Brand Advocacy
- Growth Strategy: Implement strategic, on-site initiatives to drive foot traffic, acquire new users for the platform, and expand brand influence in Singapore
- Cross-Departmental Synergy: Collaborate with corporate marketing, product, and business development units to align the store’s physical footprint with broader corporate growth objectives
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze store performance KPIs, foot traffic patterns, and customer feedback to iterate on business strategies and improve ROI

- Team Leadership & Talent Culture
- Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a agile team capable of representing both a lifestyle brand and a fintech pioneer
- Performance Management: Establish clear KPIs, manage staff scheduling, and provide continuous coaching to ensure the team consistently hits individual and collective targets
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience, ideally within Financial Services, Fintech, or Wealth Management
- Dual-Background Advantage: Candidates possessing a hybrid background spanning Securities/Fintech and Premium Retail/Luxury Hospitality management will be highly prioritized
- Track Record: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and make critical decisions in fast-paced, high-end environments
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays based on event schedules
