Senior Manager / Assistant Director, Central Leasing, Retail

Job Summary

You will be part of the Central Leasing team in Frasers Property Singapore’s Retail business unit. You will be responsible for formulating leasing strategies for the retail properties, leveraging on your extensive networks to identify new market segments and trends to secure new tenancies.

Job Description

Develop and implement leasing strategy and tenant mix for retail properties  Obtain up-to-date market intelligence and latest trends on rentals and retail scenes  Identify and evaluate prospective tenants and market segments for the properties  Capitalise on and cross-sell business opportunities to secure new tenancies for the retail portfolio  Liaise with solicitors for audit review of tenancy terms and conditions, including collaboration with lease administration teams   Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management Key QualificationDegree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate Management  Real Estate Sales Person certification by CEA  Minimum 10 years experience in retail mall leasing   Extensive network of contacts, and keen understanding of the Singapore retail landscape  Proactive, results-driven, analytical, resourceful and service-oriented  Strong planning, problem solving and decision making-skills  Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and communication (both verbal & written) skills  Able to work independently and under pressure Diversity brings us closer to the communities we serveGuided by our Purpose, we are creating, inspiring, and nurturing an inclusive culture that unlocks the power of diverse teams to drive Frasers Property forward.
