The Role

IsYou will support JTC’s permanent staff in managing its Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) and micro-SME customers.

What You Will Be Working OnYou will address the operational and real estate-related needs of JTC’s SME and micro-SME customers, while building and maintaining strong business relationships.

The role may also involve assisting companies affected by redevelopment works in their relocation plans, including identifying suitable alternative properties and liaising with relevant agencies and departments to ensure a smooth transition for the companies.

• Experience in customer management, the real estate sector, or the public sector will be an advantage.
