About the Role

Our client, a premium wellness and lifestyle destination catering to a discerning clientele, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

This opportunity is ideal for undergraduates or individuals who have completed their G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination and are looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, administration, customer service, client relations, and hospitality management.

The selected candidate will work closely with the operations team, gaining practical exposure to business operations while developing valuable professional skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support

• Assist with daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain customer records, operational reports, and documentation accurately.
• Support general administrative functions and coordination activities.

Appointment & Schedule Management

• Assist with appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedule coordination.
• Support daily service planning and operational workflow management.

Customer Service & Client Relations

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to clients.
• Support guest engagement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Team Coordination

• Liaise with therapists, guest relations staff, and management teams.
• Assist with internal communication and operational coordination.

Inventory & Operational Support

• Help monitor inventory levels and operational supplies.
• Support stock replenishment and resource management activities.

Events & Special Projects

• Assist with wellness events, promotional campaigns, and operational projects as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an hospitality related diploma or successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or operations will be an added advantage.
