Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Intern Content Creator role based in Colombo. The intern will support the marketing and brand teams by creating engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels that reflect the company’s voice and coffee culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content for social media campaigns, product promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Produce trend-driven content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Design eye-catching graphics, promotional materials, and visual assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, plan campaigns, and execute creative concepts.
• Optimize content for different social media platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Deliver high-quality content while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into engaging content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous content creation work.
