Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare recruitment reports and trackers as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms is an advantage.
- A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
