Who we are

Zined is a fast-growing eSignature and document workflow platform built for businesses that take compliance seriously. We operate across Sri Lanka and Australia, working with financial institutions, enterprises, and SMEs to replace paper-heavy processes with secure, legally compliant digital signing.

We're a small, execution-focused team moving fast so every person we bring in has real ownership and real impact from day one.

The role

We're looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Intern to own Zined's content and visual presence. You'll handle everything from designing social graphics to writing blogs to planning the monthly content calendar. This isn't a shadow and observe internship you'll be producing work that goes live.

What you'll do

• Design posters, social media graphics, and visual assets for campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across platforms
• Write blog posts, captions, and website copy
• Manage and grow Zined's social media presence day-to-day
• Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, content angles, and audience engagement
• Collaborate closely with the growth team on launches and promotions

Bonus if you have

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and paid social
• Experience running or assisting with paid ad campaigns

What we're looking for

• Strong eye for design clean, minimal aesthetics preferred
• Confident writer in English (business and casual tones)
• Organised enough to own a calendar without being chased
• Someone who brings ideas without being asked
• Based in or able to work Sri Lanka hours
