Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and camera-friendly individual to join our Digital Marketing Department. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, and public speaking. This role combines digital marketing coordination with presenting responsibilities for videos, webinars, podcasts, and awareness sessions.

Key Responsibilities🎥 Content Presentation & Video ProductionPresent and host company promotional videos, product videos, and social media content.

Act as the on-camera presenter for marketing campaigns.

Assist in planning and scripting video productions.

Coordinate with the creative team during shoots and recordings.📱 Social Media & Digital MarketingSupport social media content planning and scheduling.

Assist in creating engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas.

Engage with online audiences and support campaign activities.🎙️ Webinars, Podcasts & EventsPlan and coordinate monthly awareness sessions and webinars.

Host live webinars, virtual events, and product awareness programs.

Coordinate guest speakers and event schedules.

Assist in podcast planning, recording, and promotion.📅 Marketing CoordinationSupport campaign planning and execution.

Coordinate with internal teams for content and event requirements.

Prepare presentations, event materials, and promotional content.

Track event participation and marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera and live audiences.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and event coordination skills.

Good command of English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).

Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.

Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
