Digital Marketing AssociateReapDigital is a performance-first digital marketing agency working with international clients across Europe, Asia, and beyond. We run end-to-end digital programmes spanning paid media (Meta, Google), SEO and AEO, analytics engineering, and AI-powered workflow automation and we are looking for a sharp, curious Digital Marketing Associate to grow with us.
You will work across paid media execution, performance reporting, SEO support, and increasingly, AI workflow integration. You will be embedded in live client accounts from day one, including international e-commerce brands and supported by a senior team that takes craft seriously.
What You Will Do
- Paid Media
- Set up, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) Build and manage ad sets, audiences, and creative variants; troubleshoot platform-side issues as they arise
- Support influencer ad launches and UGC-based campaign execution on Meta
- Conduct weekly performance reviews, flag anomalies, and draft optimisation recommendations
- Assist with multi-market campaign management (e.g., country-level segmentation for Sweden, Germany, UK)
- Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and review performance dashboards in Looker Studio connected to GA4 and Google Ads/Meta data
- Support GA4 implementation, audit, and event tracking via Google Tag Manager
- Work with BigQuery for campaign data extraction and attribution analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly client-facing reports with clear insight narratives
- Assist with forecasting models and budget pacing across accounts
- SEO & Content Performance
- Support on-page SEO tasks, keyword research, and content briefs for client accounts
- Assist with technical SEO reviews and coordinate with analytics on tracking alignment
- Contribute to AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) research and implementation as the practice grows
- AI Workflows & Automation
- Participate in the team’s AI workflow automation initiative, learning tools like Markifact and contributing to routine task automation
- Help document processes and SOPs as workflows are systematised
- Stay curious about emerging AI tools in paid media and analytics
- Client & Team Collaboration
- Prepare and present performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity
- Work closely with senior team members across performance, SEO, and analytics functions
- Flag blockers, surface risks early, and communicate proactively, especially on ad hoc requests
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field1+ year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (internship or agency experience counts)
- Working knowledge of GA4: Able to navigate reports, understand event tracking, and read attribution data
- Comfortable with data: you don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should be able to read a Looker Studio dashboard and a BigQuery table
- Strong written communication: you’ll be writing client-facing summaries, so clarity matters
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks without dropping the ball
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, sGTM, or consent management platforms
- Exposure to e-commerce clients or DTC brands
- Basic Python or SQL — enough to pull data or automate a repetitive task
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
- Experience working in or with a digital agency environment
