This role is not a 3–6 month internship. It is structured as a minimum one-year commitment, with the opportunity to progress into a Management Trainee/Junior Executive role within six to twelve months, based on performance.

Responsibilities

• You will:
• Assist with administrative and key account management activities
• Support the organisation and coordination of client training programs
• Work closely with the Consultancy Team on marketing initiatives
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis
• Work full-time from our Colombo office

• You have good communication skills in English Can work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at our Colombo office and half-day Saturdays (mostly working from home on Saturdays)
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional B2B environment
