As an Associate - Client Engagement, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring the flawless execution of marketing and business solutions.
You’ll work closely with international brands and cross-functional teams in strategy, creative, and eCommerce to bring ideas to life and deliver measurable results.
This is not an admin role - it’s an entry into strategic marketing and client management.
What You’ll DoSupport the Client Engagement Head in day-to-day client coordination and project management.
Assist in developing and executing client strategies, campaign plans, and performance reports.
Participate in client meetings, take briefs, and help translate them into actionable deliverables.
Conduct industry and market research to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and data teams to ensure on-time, on-brand campaign delivery.
Track project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality and brand expectations.
Learn how to build long-term client relationships grounded in trust, insight, and measurable impact.
Provide strategic direction to the brands assigned.
Training in strategic account management and ALT X’s proprietary Client Engagement Framework.
Mentorship from senior professionals experienced in eCommerce, marketing strategy, and brand management.
Practical experience working alongside creative, AI, and digital strategy teams.
