We’re Hiring: Content & Marketing Trainee

We’re looking for a creative and energetic person to support content creation and social media marketing for a group of growing lifestyle brands, including a café and co-working space, food-related products, and travel experiences.

This is an entry-level opportunity, so strict work experience is not required. However, you should be comfortable creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

What you’ll do

Create social media content for multiple brands

Plan and assist with promotions and campaigns

Capture photos/videos and create posts, reels and stories

Support basic admin tasks related to marketing and operations

Bring fresh ideas for content, marketing, and brand growth

Ideal candidate

Creative and confident with social media

Good English knowledge

Able to work from our office in Peradeniya, Kandy

Familiar with current social media trends

Basic photo, video, or design editing skills would be an advantage

Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

This is a paid position with the opportunity to grow into a larger marketing role based on performance.
