Sales Executive

Al Bustanji Motors is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the Lynk & Co team.

The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, presenting vehicles, converting leads into showroom visits and test drives, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome showroom customers and provide a professional brand experience.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Lynk & Co models.

Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly.

Arrange and support test drives for interested customers.

Follow up with customers to answer questions, handle objections, and close sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/system data.

Coordinate with finance, registration, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales and handover process.

Stay updated on Lynk & Co models, offers, stock availability, and market trends.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive showroom experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work with targets and handle sales pressure
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Good knowledge of CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus
• Professional attitude and strong ownership mindset
