Retail Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager- for Middle East who is responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across fragrance retail locations in the Middle East.

The role focuses on achieving business objectives, developing store teams, implementing brand standards, and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional luxury fragrance experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales & Business Performance
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor store KPIs, including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
• Analyze business performance and develop action plans to improve results.
• Identify opportunities for growth through client engagement and local market initiatives.
• Support new product launches and promotional activities.
• Retail Operations
• Ensure all stores comply with procedures and operational standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Oversee visual merchandising implementation according to brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer service and sales excellence.
• Develop succession plans and identify future talent within the organization.
• Motivate teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Brand Management
• Maintain premium brand image and presentation standards.
• Ensure fragrance storytelling and product knowledge excellence among teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends and customer insights.
• Provide recommendations to improve commercial performance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as retail manager or area manager, preferably in the perfume, luxury or beauty industry.

Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for perfumes and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluency in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
