We are an independent delivery company that has partnered with the World's Largest Retailer to deliver their packages in the Tampa Bay/Clearwater area.
We are looking for team players looking for a stable position where you are given the opportunity to work outside of a warehouse or office in a fast-paced environment.
We are hiring right away for full-time opportunities.

- No CDL Required!
- Approximate shift hours are 10:00am to 9:30pm.
- Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying Tampa weather conditions.
- Load and unload packages to be delivered.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.00 - $22.00 an hour
- $1,000 bonus + weekly bonus after successfully completing 90 shift probationary period

- Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Active Driver's License
- At least 21 years of age
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- 7-day availability for rotating schedule REQUIRED
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE!!!Safely operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers and tankers, for transportation of goods.
- Load and unload products using pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance.
- Navigate designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and organization of products.
- Perform shuttle driving as required between locations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in route driving or shuttle driving is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating tow trucks, moving vehicles, or commercial vehicles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and documentation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor in inclement weather (heat, humidity, rain, cold, wind, etc.) as required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
