BASIC SALARY: SGD 2000 + 500 housing allowance

• Must have 2 yrs experience as a Staff Nurse after post registration assign in General ward / MS/ ICU/ER/OR
• Must have 4-5 yrs experience as a Staff Nurse after post registration assign in CATHLAB

• PRC Board Certificate
• PRC Board Rating with breakdown
• Valid PRC ID License

• Gap letter
• PSA Marriage Contract (if applicable)
• 12 pcs passport-sized photos (white background, ears, and eyebrows must be clearly seen)
• Employment Certificate stating the STAFF NURSE position, Inclusive Dates of Employment in dd/mm/yy, Area of Exposures, Bed Capacity of the hospital, signed by any signatory of hospital with dry seal and on letter head of hospital.
