A leading construction service company based in Dubai is looking for a credit controller. The candidate must be a graduate in business / accounting and have at least 2 years experience in a similar role preferably in Construction industry.

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding receivables
• Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings for pending payments
• Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and collection reports
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales and operations departments regarding payment issues
• Ensure timely allocation of customer payments in ERP/accounting system
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection status reports for management
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure smooth collections.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administation, Finance or Accounting

1-3 Years of UAE Experience

Female with Driving License Preferred

Arabic Speaking Mandatory
