Job Description

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of K-12 construction projects in Gainesville.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
