Office Manager/ Executive Assistant

Provide full EA support to senior leadership, including complex diary and travel managementCoordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups, ensuring actions are tracked and deliveredAct as a key point of contact, managing internal and external communications with professionalism.

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and office budgets
• Ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organised working environment Operational & Administrative Support

• Provide support with ad hoc and occasional personal tasks as required
• Maintain flexibility to support out-of-hours requirements when necessary
