The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis processes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role focuses on executing advanced financial responsibilities, including financial close, forecasting, performance analysis, and internal controls.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring reliable financial data and actionable insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making.
The Assistant Finance Manager WillPartners closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure financial results accurately reflect business activities.
Bridge accounting processes with forward-looking financial planning, enabling improved visibility into financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Use strong collaboration to resolve variances, support business initiatives, and enhance financial processes.
Provide guidance to team members and is expected to demonstrate ownership, accountability, and leadership in driving high-quality output.
The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $100,000 and includes a possible quarterly incentive bonus.
