The Opportunity
This is not your typical internship.
- You will be fully immersed in live projects, working closely with designers, project managers, and contractors, and gaining exposure to every stage of the design process.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting design development from concept to completion
- Assisting with technical drawings, presentations, and mood boards
- Researching materials, suppliers, and FF&ECoordinating with the wider team on live project deliverables
- Using both traditional design tools and emerging AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and presentations
- Who We’re Looking For
- A creative, motivated graduate who is passionate about high-end residential design and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Essential Skills & Experience
- Interior design degree (or on track for 2:1 or above)
- Strong design sensibility and creative flair
- Knowledge of current design trends and suppliers
- Understanding of UK construction and specifications
- Auto
- CADSketch
- UpAdobe InDesign & Photoshop
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, organised, and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Desirable
- Freehand sketching ability
- Experience with 3ds Max or similar
- Interest or experience in AI tools for design
