A leading luxury brand is seeking a talented Head of Design to lead its creative direction and product development across furniture, textiles, and lifestyle collections. The Head of Design will oversee creative output across multiple categories — from furniture and rugs to art and accessories — ensuring every collection reflects the brand’s ethos of quality, beauty, and timeless appeal. You’ll bring both creative insight and commercial awareness, guiding product design, showroom presentation, and storytelling across all touchpoints.

The Role

• Lead creative direction across all product categories, including furniture, textiles, rugs, and art
• Develop cohesive and commercial collections that elevate and expand the brand’s offering
• Oversee showroom design, visual merchandising, and trade show installations
• Manage multiple product development timelines from concept through to launch
• Collaborate with retail, brand, and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment
• Mentor and inspire a talented in-house design team, fostering collaboration and creativity

About You

• 8+ years of experience in furniture, product, or FF&E design with a leadership background
• A refined aesthetic — tactile, soulful, and timeless, with a strong eye for materiality
• Proven track record managing creative teams and delivering commercial success
• Understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and manufacturing processes
• Confident communicator able to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively
• Passionate about sustainability, craftsmanship, and the emotional connection of design
