g.Working closely with the Design, Atelier, Product Development and Production teams, you will play a key role in translating creative concepts into beautifully executed garments, ensuring exceptional fit, silhouette and craftsmanship across both development and production stage

Key Responsibilit
- iesCreate and develop first patterns from designer sketches, reference garments and technical brie
- fs.Produce manual flat patterns and drape directly on the stand to realise complex silhouettes and innovative design concep
- ts.Interpret creative direction while maintaining commercial viability and manufacturabili
- ty.Amend and refine patterns following fit sessions and design revie
- ws.Conduct garment fittings alongside Design and Product Development teams, proposing technical solutions and fit improvemen
- ts.Digitise, grade and maintain patterns using Gerber AccuMa
- rk.Create accurate production patterns, specification packs and technical documentati
- on.Collaborate with sample machinists and atelier teams to ensure garments are executed to the highest luxury standar
- ds.Support the transition from prototype through to production, ensuring consistency of fit and constructi
- on.Manage pattern archives and maintain organised digital and physical pattern librari
- es.Troubleshoot technical construction challenges and propose innovative solutions while preserving design integri
ty.
Skills & Experi
- enceProven experience as a Pattern Cutter within a luxury womenswear, designer, couture or premium fashion environm
- ent.Advanced manual pattern cutting skills with strong expertise in both flat pattern cutting and drap
- ing.Excellent understanding of luxury garment construction, fit and finishing techniq
- ues.Highly proficient in Gerber AccuMark, including pattern creation, digitising, grading and marker mak
- ing.Experience working across tailored, soft and occasionwear categor
- ies.Strong knowledge of luxury fabrics and how they behave in development and product
- ion.Ability to translate creative concepts into technically accurate patte
- rns.Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to exceptional qual
