Pattern Cutter – British Luxury RTW A renowned British luxury ready-to-wear house is seeking an exceptional Pattern Cutter to join its atelier team. Working closely with Designers, the Creative Director and wider atelier, this individual will play a vital role in bringing the brand’s refined, modern aesthetic to life through impeccable craftsmanship and technical excellence.

Collaborates closely with Designers and the Creative Director to translate creative concepts into workable patterns while maintaining the integrity of the design vision. Develops patterns using a blend of traditional manual techniques and digital skills where required. Ensures patterns are production-ready, working with factories and suppliers where necessary.

Strong experience as a Pattern Cutter within a luxury womenswear RTW environment. Ability to work directly from sketches and translate creative ideas into technical solutions. Confident attending and leading fittings, working collaboratively with designers and senior creatives. Experience working with both manual pattern cutting and digital systems (Gerber, Lectra or similar) is beneficial.

Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
