Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Sales Manager to join our dedicated team in Chicago, IL. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing and training the sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, identifying potential growth opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will also contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Sales Strategy Development, Client Acquisition, and Revenue Generation
• Team Leadership and Training experience, with strong people management skills
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to evaluate market trends and performance metrics
• Proficiency with CRM software and tools
• Business Acumen with the ability to align sales activities with organizational objectives
