Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Content Writer role based in Gurugram. The Creative Content Writer will develop original, engaging content for digital channels, including websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media. The role involves conducting research on client industries, target audiences, and competitors to inform content ideas and messaging.

The writer will collaborate closely with performance marketing, design, and account teams to align content with campaign strategies, brand voice, and conversion goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and refining copy, proofreading for accuracy and consistency, optimizing content for search and performance, and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and audience-focused copy for digital channels.
• Experience with Content Strategy and Research to develop data-informed content ideas, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives.
• High level of accuracy in Proofreading, with attention to grammar, style, and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO basics, social media content, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience creating content for performance marketing, advertising agencies, or digital-first brands is an advantage.
