SEO Content Writer

Vedantu is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Content Writer to create high-quality educational content across K12, CBSE, JEE, NEET, and other competitive exam categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and educational content creation, with the ability to simplify complex academic concepts into engaging and student-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality educational content for K12, CBSE, JEE, NEET, and other academic topics.
• Research information from trusted academic websites, educational portals, and exam-related platforms.
• Develop engaging content including blogs, exam pages, question-answer pages, and informational content.
• Collaborate with SEO and academic teams to optimize content for search visibility and user engagement.
• Optimize content based on SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices.
• Ensure content accuracy, readability, originality, and adherence to content guidelines.
• Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.
• Support content requirements during academic campaigns, launches, and special events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing, academic writing, or educational content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Understanding of SEO principles, keyword optimization, and search intent.
• Experience in EdTech, K12, or educational content writing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
