Hi there! We’re Aykah Furniture (www.aykah.ca) and we’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our in-store team and grow with us.
As a Sales Associate at Aykah Furniture, you’ll be the face of our showroom - welcoming customers, guiding them through our collections, and helping them find pieces that feel right for their homes. You’ll combine product knowledge with a personalized approach to create a seamless shopping experience, while supporting daily store operations and contributing to our continued growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and engage walk-in customers, providing personalized advice and product recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone with a professional and helpful tone
- Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace using your personal account to drive customer engagement
- Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom with well-organized product displays
- Process transactions accurately (cash, credit/debit, and digital payments)
- Support team members and collaborate on daily store operations

Who You Are
- Experienced in retail sales (2+ years preferred)
- Experienced in customer service (1–3 years preferred)
- A confident communicator who loves building customer relationships
- Comfortable using your personal Facebook account to post and manage Marketplace ads
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Able to work weekends and occasional evenings
- Tech-savvy with strong multitasking and computer skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); a second language is a bonus!
- Eligible to work in Canada (Work Permits, PRs, and Citizens only – no students)
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service (1–3 years)
- Class 5 driver’s license
