Our company is seeking a Finishing Engineer for high-end residential and commercial projects in Dubai.
You will manage and supervise all finishing works including tiling, plastering, painting, gypsum, joinery, flooring and cladding; ensure work meets quality standards, drawings and specifications; coordinate subcontractors and site teams; track progress against the schedule; and carry out quality inspections and snagging.
Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Finishing Engineer on building projects
Strong knowledge of architectural finishing works and quality standards
Able to read drawings and specifications
Site coordination and subcontractor management experience
Good English communication
Employment visa provided
