(E-Commerce) Customer Service Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Process and manage online orders through the company system |
• Contact customers by phone to confirm orders and delivery details |
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, email, and social media |
• Assist customers with product selection and provide professional recommendations |
• Create and process orders received through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels |
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall online sales growth |
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue |
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service |
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams regarding order fulfillment |
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in ERP and CRM systems |
• Support promotional campaigns and special online sales activities |
• Provide feedback on customer requests, market trends, and improvement opportunities. |

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service |
• Fluent English communication skills |
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills |
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets |
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment |
• Confident computer skills |
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is an advantage |
• Genuine interest in sales and delivering outstanding customer service |
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn |
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
