The Customer Support Representative will provide timely, professional, and accurate support to Kama Capital clients across email, live chat, phone, WhatsApp, and other support channel. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a career in financial services, fintech, or CFD brokerage support.
Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading, or fintech is an advantage but not mandatoryFamiliarity with CRM/helpdesk systems is an advantage.
