Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup Execution
- Plan, set up, and launch campaigns across Meta (Facebook Instagram)
- Execute different campaign types (conversion, lead gen, traffic, retargeting, etc.)
- Ensure proper tracking, pixel setup, and event mapping
- Analytics Reporting
- Pull and analyze performance data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
- Track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and identify optimization opportunities
- Build regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Creative Briefing
- Translate performance data into clear creative briefs
- Collaborate with design/content teams to improve ad creatives
- Continuously iterate based on what’s working (hooks, formats, messaging)
- Budgeting Scaling
- Manage daily and monthly ad spends efficiently
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Account Management
- Monitor campaign health and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain structured ad account setup and naming conventions
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes and best practices
Qualifications
Requirements
- 3 +years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in numbers and data interpretation
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
- Ability to write clear, structured creative briefs
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work from the office in Greater Kailash, New Delhi (3 days/week)
- Meta Certifications would be a plus point.
