Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AdOps Executive to join our Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ad operations, supporting Media Buyers, maintaining advertising assets, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns across digital advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve operational requests received through the Operations Chatbox.
- Support Media Buyers with ad account, Business Manager, page, profile, and asset-related requirements.
- Create, maintain, and update asset sheets, trackers, and operational records.
- Manage and organize advertising assets across multiple accounts and platforms.
- Assist in campaign setup, account maintenance, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Monitor account health and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ad accounts, profiles, pages, Business Managers, and related assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
- Follow platform policies and internal compliance guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Pages, and Profiles.
- Good understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in asset management, account operations, and campaign support.
- Prior experience in a performance marketing agency will be an added advantage.
