About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house service team. The Head Waiter will ensure excellent guest service, supervise wait staff, and maintain high service standards at all times. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house service operations Lead, train, and motivate wait staff to deliver exceptional customer service Greet guests, manage table assignments, and handle special requests Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently met Take customer orders and serve food and beverages when required Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary Coordinate closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance during shifts Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reports Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Preferred Skills
