About the Role

Job Responsibilities
- Serve diverse food courses and a variety of alcoholic beverages to patrons.
- Set tables meticulously according to event type and established service protocols.
- Address guest inquiries regarding menu selections and provide recommendations.
- Liaise effectively with the kitchen team on menu queries, order timings, and product availability.
- Relay specific guest needs, including allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests, to the kitchen staff.
- Accurately record all transactions via the MICROS system at the point of order.
- Proactively check on guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of work areas, including china, glassware, and table settings.
- Execute closing duties efficiently, such as restocking supplies and securing the area.
- Present accurate bills to guests and process payments promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically MICROS.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
