Fine Dining Waitress (Jumeirah Group)

Jumeirah Group is urgently looking for a highly polished and friendly Fine Dining Waitress to join our premium Italian restaurant in Dubai. Your main job is to welcome VIP guests, explain complex food menus perfectly, take orders accurately using the POS system, and serve hot food quickly with a huge smile.

Job Requirements & Benefits

• Qualifications: High school diploma or a hospitality certificate. People who have massive physical energy, look neat, and love talking to tourists are deeply encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of real table service experience inside a fast-paced luxury hotel or busy standalone restaurant. You must have a clean medical record.
• Technical Skills: Knowing how to carry heavy food trays safely, use digital ordering tablets, and open expensive wine bottles correctly. Speaking perfect English is absolutely required.
• Key Responsibilities: Wipe down tables quickly, memorize daily chef specials, deal with angry customers politely, and collect credit card payments at the end of the meal.
