- We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join the Noon Dine Out team and own the end-to-end onboarding of restaurant partners onto our Food platform.
- This is a client-facing, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of operations, product, and restaurant experience.
- You will be responsible for taking a newly signed restaurant from contract stage through to a fully live, trained, and monitored deployment, and ensuring the experience is seamless for both the venue and their customers.
- Manage the full restaurant onboarding lifecycle, from onboarding through to deployment, staff training, and post-launch monitoring.
- Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to escalate and follow up on technical issues until resolution.
- Lead partner training sessions at restaurant venues, covering the customer journey and best practices for adoption.
- Collect and relay structured feedback from partners to inform product development.
- Partner with Sales representatives to ensure a smooth handoff from signed client to active deployment.
- Monitor post-deployment metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of each deployment, including client communications, testing outcomes, and training completion.
- What you’ll need1–3 years of work experience in operations, account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills - you can translate technical concepts clearly to non-technical restaurant staff, and relay operational feedback accurately to internal tech teams.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail - you catch errors and don't let things fall through the cracks.
- Proactive and solution-oriented - you identify potential issues before they become problems and take ownership of resolving them rather than waiting to be directed.A natural coordinator who can manage multiple stakeholders - clients, sales teams, tech teams, simultaneously without losing momentum on any front.
- Comfortable working in the field, including visiting restaurant venues for deployments and training sessions.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable - restaurant environments are dynamic, and deployments don't always go to plan.A genuine interest in technology, hospitality, or fintech is a plus.
