This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generator role based in the Pretoria. The Lead Generator will identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social platforms, and other prospecting methods.
Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, building and maintaining lead lists, and engaging decision-makers to understand their needs and gauge interest in SPOC Managed Services’ offerings. The role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in CRM tools, scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team, and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
The Lead Generator will collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to refine outreach messaging, share feedback from prospects, and help improve lead generation strategies and conversion rates.
