Education / Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory
• RE5 (advantageous, required for growth into sales role)
• Short-term insurance qualifications (advantageous)

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years sales or call centre experience
• Experience in insurance or financial services (highly advantageous)
• Experience in cold calling / telesales required

Skills & Competencies

• Strong telephonic communication skills
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Target-driven and resilient
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, Excel)
• Organised and detail-oriented

Other Requirements

• Based in or able to commute to Honeydew
• Clear credit and criminal record (FSCA environment)
• South African citizen or valid work permit
