Banking Contact Centre Agent

We're looking for customer-focused individuals to join our international banking team.

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account enquiries, banking products, service requests, complaints, and general customer support.

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll be expected to provide excellent service while navigating multiple systems and following strict banking procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / NQF 4 (Grade 11 may be considered with relevant experience)
• Minimum 12 months customer service experience in:
• Contact Centre, Banking, Retail, Hospitality, Insurance and other customer-facing environments
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, Weekends and Public holidays
• Clear criminal and fraud record

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with account enquiries
• Handling banking product and service requests
• Resolving customer complaints
• Updating customer information
• Navigating multiple systems while speaking to customers
• Identifying sales opportunities where appropriate
• Delivering exceptional customer service on every interaction
