Waiter/Host for a Cafe

Job Title: Experienced Waiter / Order Taker | Location: Times Square Center, Dubai | Industry: Café & Burger Restaurant | We are looking for an experienced and energetic Waiter / Order Taker to join our growing café and burger house located in Times Square Center, Dubai. |

Key Responsibilities

• | * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. | * Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. | * Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. | * Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-presented. | * Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally. | * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. | * Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. |

Requirements

• | *Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter, Order Taker, or similar role in a café, restaurant, or fast-casual dining environment. | * Experience using POS systems. | * Strong communication and customer service skills. | * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. | * Good grooming and professional appearance. | * English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage. | * Must be currently available in the UAE. |
