Responsibilities
- Support clients in identifying business and operational challenges
- Participate in operational improvement and business transformation initiatives
- Support IT and digital transformation projects
- Work closely with consulting and technology teams during project delivery
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and support project execution
- Contribute to business analysis, documentation, and operational planning
Required Skills
- Experience in business consulting within Japan, or equivalent in-house strategic/business improvement experience
- Strong client-facing communication experience
- Hands-on involvement in project execution, not only advisory work
- Ability to work in fast-moving consulting environments
- Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2+ mandatory)
- English: Optional
- Working Hours:
- Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 (Flex Time System)
- Working Style:
- Hybrid (Approx. 1 day WFH per week)
