Technology plays a key role in supporting the company's long-term business strategy, with IT teams working closely with business divisions to improve business processes, enhance internal platforms, and deliver innovative digital solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements through close communication with HR, Legal, and Compliance departments
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements
• Produce high-quality business requirement documentation (BRD) and functional specifications
• Create screen mockups and UI/UX proposals that reflect business user needs
• Facilitate communication between business users and development teams throughout the SDLCSupport incident management and stable operation of enterprise applications
• Lead regular meetings, manage issues, prioritize enhancement requests, and drive projects forward

Required Skills

• 5–6+ years of Business Analyst experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong experience defining business requirements and producing structured documentation such as BRDsProven ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Experience facilitating communication between business stakeholders and development teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1 level)
• English: Business
