About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a market-leading Corporate Finance practice advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, valuation engagements, financial modelling, and strategic corporate finance initiatives.
The successful candidate will work on high-profile transactions across multiple industries and gain exposure to end-to-end deal execution and complex financial advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide M&A advisory services across the transaction lifecycle
- Perform business and enterprise valuation engagements
- Conduct valuations of tangible and intangible assets
- Support M&A structuring and transaction execution activities
- Develop and review complex financial models
- Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and client deliverables
- Support domestic and cross-border corporate finance engagements
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary deal teams
Requirements
- Approximately 2-3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:M&A AdvisoryCorporate FinanceBusiness ValuationFinancial Due DiligenceFinancial ModellingM&A ConsultingCorporate Planning / Strategic Planning / Investment ReviewAudit or Tax AdvisoryInfrastructure Financial Modelling
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Business-level English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (Japan or US)
- Certified Tax Accountant
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- MBA qualification
