As a fast-growing education group, we are expanding our brand presence, digital capabilities, and student outreach. We’re now looking for a tech-savvy Head of Marketing & Technology to lead our next phase of growth and digital transformation. You will lead people, strategy, digital growth, and brand excellence to scale our institutional presence with innovation.
Key responsibilities
Group-Level Marketing Leadership
- Build and execute the unified marketing strategy for all businesses
- Own the group’s marketing and technology strategy with full accountability for execution, performance metrics, and results.
- Lead brand visibility initiatives including digital marketing, OOH campaigns, transit media, and public relations.
Strategic Leadership
- Define the long-term marketing & growth roadmap
- Align marketing, digital, and technology initiatives with organizational goals
- Translate institutional objectives into actionable marketing + tech strategies
- Lead competitive analysis, market insights, and growth opportunity identification
- Build annual and quarterly strategies for branding, digital, PR, outdoor visibility and student acquisition
Lead a Multi-Role Marketing Team
Guide the team on priorities, processes, KPIs, creativity, and execution discipline. You will directly manage and mentor people across:
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Branding & Creative
- PR & Communications
- Content & Social Media
- SEO/SEM
- CRM & Automation
- Website/Tech & Analytics
Performance & Digital Growth
- Design growth strategies that balance acquisition efficiency with brand building.
- Improve full-funnel conversions
- Implement data-backed optimization to reduce CAC and improve lead quality.
Brand & PR Leadership
- Strengthen institutional brand across regions and campuses.
- Lead PR, press, rankings, awards, media relations, and thought leadership.
- Ensure unified messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Plan and execute outdoor branding initiatives including billboards, hoardings, campus-front branding, transit ads, and regional OOH networks
Marketing Technology (MarTech) & Automation
- Manage CRM, automation tools, lead management platforms, and analytics.
- Implement dashboards for visibility into leads, revenue impact & performance.
Digital Experience & Infrastructure
- Oversee multi-campus, multi-program websites and microsites.
- Improve UX, SEO, CRO, and digital journeys for diverse student personas.
Cross-Campus Collaboration
- Work with Admissions, Academics, Operations, Campus Co-ordinators, and Leadership.
- Support program launches, events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- 10–15 years of experience
- Proven experience leading multi-role marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of CRM, automation, analytics, and digital funnels.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking & people management skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-location environments.
